The Digital School, our digital school, trains you in digital professions and will provide you with all the up-to-date skills required to successfully manage a digital strategy within a company as a whole. The school offers a training program that is both technical and business oriented, with a focus on managerial skills and know-how.

The Digital School prepares for the following degree:

  • Level 7 title “Digital Web Project Manager” (RNCP Code 34394).

This diploma is recognized by the State and accredited by the Ministry of Labor.

2nd year, Master 2 “Digital Web Project Manager

Duration: 12 months

Targeted competencies

  • Define the company’s web-digital strategy:
    • Organize monitoring systems (business/sectoral, competitive, technological and usage) to anticipate changes in digitalization;
    • Interpret the client’s needs after having located and identified them in order to propose innovative solutions and alternatives according to the defined strategy;
    • Involve identified experts to validate specific and/or new internal or external issues;
    • Designing solutions adapted to the targets, taking into account the economic environment, the company’s strategy and the web and digital trends in a multi-channel and cross-channel context to support the development of the internal or external client’s performance;
    • Define, in conjunction with the functional departments, the monitoring indicators (dashboards), performance indicators (KPIs) and risk measurement to respect all the constraints (deadlines-costs-means) of the web-digital project.
  • Manage the company’s web-digital strategy:
    • Define operational objectives based on strategic issues to structure the implementation of projects;
    • Advise the sponsors on the optimization of all the conditions of realization of the project (technological choices, budgets…) to ensure the profitability;
    • Translate the strategic vision of internal or external stakeholders to write the brief for project managers or teams;
    • Supervise the drafting phases of the specifications written by the project managers to validate the administrative, technological and functional specifications of web-digital projects;
    • Decide on the resources and means to be put in place to optimize all the conditions for the realization of projects;
    • Recruit all the project managers and some technical and creative collaborators, internal or external, to constitute efficient teams;
    • Develop a project management method adapted to its ecosystem, such as agile or efficient waterfall, in order to place the client’s needs at the center of project priorities.
  • Supervise the conduct of web-digital projects until delivery:
    • Manage all project managers, technical and creative teams to create a real synergy and team spirit around a common project;
    • Supervise the progress of the various projects to ensure compliance with the specifications;
      • Ensure the correct functioning of the deliverable by generating possible corrective actions to authorize its delivery;
      • Evaluate the progress of the web-digital project to make recommendations for a continuous improvement process at the level of teams, methods and means;
      • Implement customer relationship monitoring tools to build customer loyalty.
    • Develop a website or mobile application – optional block:
      • Implement technical solutions to produce responsive websites and mobile applications;
        Administer CMS to manage the back-end of sites or applications;
        Elaborate the front-end development to animate the website commercially.
    • Developing the company’s digital marketing strategy – optional block:
      • Develop brand content strategy to build awareness and business;
        Develop digital marketing operations (creative e-mailing, marketing innovation) to strengthen customer loyalty;
        Coordinate digital marketing projects and actions to make their implementation more fluid;
        Manage the company’s social media strategy to reinforce the proximity with the customer.
    • Develop the user journey of a mobile application or a website – optional block:
      • Design user-centered web pages or mobile applications to strengthen the UX (user experience) expertise;
        Define the UX methodologies to accompany the client in his creative process (UX map);
        Analyze user behavior to better target digital creativity;
        Define wireframes to facilitate the design of mobile applications.

ADMISSION PROCESS:

The admission process to our schools is done in 2 steps:

  • The study of the file . The objective is to verify the adequacy between the candidate’s profile, his training, his professional project and the chosen training. At the end of this first step, the candidate will be declared eligible or not.
  • Admission tests . If declared eligible, the candidate will be interviewed by the person in charge of the program or by a person involved in the program applied for. The selection is based on the candidate’s general level, professional project, general culture and motivation. Depending on the school, the selection interview may be followed by additional written tests.

2/ Submission of application by appointment: average processing time 48 to 72 hours.

  • Applicants can make an appointment with an academic advisor to submit their application. The study of the file is done on line. The candidate’s eligibility or not is pronounced immediately.
  • If he/she is declared eligible, an appointment is scheduled for the selection interview and the written tests, if applicable.
  • After the admission tests, the final answer is communicated within 48 to 72 hours.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

I Joining our Master 1 :

  • Holder of a Bac+3, all fields, having validated 180 ECTS.
  • Access possible by the Validation of Professional Experience (VAP)

I Joining our Master 2 :

  • Holder of a Bac+4, all fields, having validated 240 ECTS.
  • Access possible by the Validation of Professional Experience (VAP)
